Okaloosa County Courthouse Annex Extension

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

New 3-story 84,000 square feet annex extension to existing courthouse to include new larger jury assembly rooms and six new oversized courtrooms with additional seating

OUR  ROLE

New mechanical installation to include (1) 260 ton chiller, (6) rooftop air handlers totaling 66,000 CFM, (90) VAVs, (9) Liebert units, and (1) boiler.  Installation included new supply, return, and exhaust duct systems (total of 75,000 pounds),  chilled water and hot water piping as well as a glycol system for the Liebert equipment.  Included all air distribution devices, water pumps, valves & fittings.  The creation of detailed shop drawings were completed for coordination with other trades.  All ductwork was built from shop drawings directly downloaded to the shop production floor.  Prefab was done for duct systems in the sheetmetal shop and delivered to the jobsite put together with ends sealed.
