3630 Peachtree Nearing Completion
Comfort Systems USA Southeast is proud to announce that we are nearing completion of 3630 Peachtree Street in the heart of mid-town Atlanta. CSUSA SE worked in conjunction with Brasfield & Gorrie to complete this 34 story tower featuring 425,000 square feet of class A office space, which includes 17,000 square feet of retail space. Crowning the office space are 17 stories of luxury condominiums. The building resides on 3.96 acres at the northwest corner of Peachtree and Peachtree-Dunwoody roads.
Comfort Systems USA Southeast assisted in the design and installed all of the plumbing and the mechanical systems in the building. The office floors are conditioned with a variable air volume system using water-cooled self-contained units on every floor. Each luxury residence has its own system.
