Merger Announcement – Comfort Systems USA (Atlanta) joins Comfort Systems USA (Southeast)!
We are pleased to announce the merger of the Comfort Systems USA (Atlanta) with Comfort Systems USA (Southeast)! Effective date of the merger will be January 1, 2010. We will immediately begin collaborative efforts in pursuing and executing work. We wanted you, our customer, to be aware of this important move to consolidate resources and enhance our offering within our combined marketplace as Comfort Systems USA (Southeast).
The Atlanta office location and contact numbers will remain. Jim Brock will continue with CSUSA (Southeast) as Executive Vice President and will be responsible for Operations throughout the Southeast footprint. Jody Bishop joins Jim in the Atlanta office managing the Service and Sales Departments.
With this consolidation we provide you the following:
- A full service mechanical company, providing Building Solutions for HVAC, Plumbing, Medical Gas, Process, Industrial, Building Automation, Service, and Maintenance throughout the Southeast.
