We are pleased to announce the consolidation of Batchelors Mechanical in Mobile with Comfort Systems USA Southeast!
Effective immediately Batchelors Mechanical will be an operating unit within Comfort Systems USA Southeast. Although both companies have been part of the Comfort System USA (NYSE: FIX) family of companies since the late nineties, until now we have operated as independent firms. We see this as a positive move as we can consolidate resources, streamline operations, and better serve our clients in our combined marketplace. All of Batchelors Mechanical's contractual obligations will remain unaffected by this consolidation.
Batchelors Mechanical has historically executed $15 to $20 million of revenue annually; Southeast has historically executed $55 million plus of revenue annually. With the consolidation, we are an organization capable of executing $75 million plus of total revenue across the entire southeast! These combined capabilities provide additional depth and expertise to our offerings, allowing us to better serve our clients in this challenging and evolving market!
Batchelors Mechanical Contractors was founded in 1971 as an HVAC contractor dedicated to customer service and meeting customer needs and expectations. By 1974 the company began to expand into commercial, institutional, industrial, plumbing contracts and services. The company currently performs HVAC, control, plumbing and pipefitting projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional and marine industries. The company not only conducts work as a mechanical contractor in Mobile and along the Mississippi Gulf Coast but also performs single source design/build projects for clients.
In 1997, Batchelors Mechanical Contractors, became a subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE:FIX).
Batchelors office is located at 15444 Industrial Park Drive in Loxley, Alabama, just off of Interstate 10.
