Our resume encompasses hospital, government, military, school, and commercial buildings. Our experience includes design/build, design assist, competitive proposal, as well as traditional plan and spec for new construction and renovations. We also offer commercial and industrial service including service agreement programs.
Bringing together four Comfort Systems USA businesses, Comfort Systems USA (Southeast) represents the culmination of years of experience and commitment to our customers and includes: Gulfside Mechanical, founded in 1985, located in North Florida; a division of Capital Refrigeration founded in 1946, located in South Alabama; Neel Mechanical founded in 1939, located in South Georgia; and S&K Air Conditioning founded in 1987, also located in South Georgia. Comfort Systems USA (Southeast) maintains its local management with the resources of an $800 million corporation standing behind it, resources unequalled in today’s mechanical market. Comfort Systems USA (Southeast) has a full service department providing coverage for South Alabama, South Georgia, and Florida. The service department has in excess of (50) technicians that provide maintenance, general service, as well as centrifugal tear-down capabilities.
